Parla is free. The browser stores are still reviewing it; until it is listed there, download it here and load it yourself. It takes a minute.

Download the zip and unzip it. Open chrome://extensions (in Edge: edge://extensions), turn on Developer mode, click Load unpacked and choose the unzipped folder.

Download the zip. Open about:debugging, click This Firefox, then Load Temporary Add-on… and choose the zip. Firefox removes it when it restarts, until Parla is in Firefox Add-ons.

Then pin Parla to the toolbar and start a call: it is on for every site. Click its icon to see how much noise it removes, change the quality or turn it off for a site.
